Why is my Apple Watch tracking sleep before I sleep?

My sleep tracking on my watch is recording sleep before I actually sleep. For example it’s Thursday evening and I already am showing how much I have slept on Thurs night??? Please help correct this

Did you already delete your Sleep Schedule and set it up again?

Also make sure that the settings for Date & Time are still correct.

Does your iPhone and the Apple Watch enter the Sleep Focus correctly?

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

If this does not work, unpairing the watch would be the next step:
