Phonetic name pronunciation constantly being changed incorrectly

I have no fewer than three times put in a phonetic pronunciation for a contact in my phone and had the phone change it to something else when I go back. How can I get my device and the AI whatever is controlling all of our devices at this point to stop changing things when I put something in the phone? The screenshots were taken literally a minute apart and it has changed it back to what I have told it pronunciation is not it will not keep the pronunciation that I put in there. How can I get it to stop doing this?
