"Accidentally Deleted Photos – Need Recovery Assistance"

Hello Apple Support Team,

I recently encountered an issue where my photos were permanently deleted from my new iPhone, even though I did not manually delete them. Here’s what happened:

• I had two iPhones (an old one and a new one) connected to the same Apple ID and iCloud Photos.
• A few days ago, I deleted some photos from my old iPhone, and they were also removed from my new iPhone automatically.
• I checked the Recently Deleted folder, but the photos were not there anymore.
• Some of the deleted photos were originally taken with my new iPhone, and they never existed on my old device.
• I did not manually delete these photos from my new iPhone, but they disappeared after I deleted files from my old phone.
• I want to know:

1. Is there any way to recover these lost photos?
2. Can you check if they are still accessible in iCloud storage or a recent backup?
3. If the photos were removed due to iCloud Photos sync, is there a way to retrieve them?

These photos are very important to me, and I would greatly appreciate your help in recovering them. Looking forward to your response.
