Inquiry Regarding VAT ID and Tax-Free Invoicing

Hi to all,

I have trouble with invoices - I always receive Invoice with TAX. Since Invoices are addressed to my company I need Invoices without TAX and your Invoices are issued with tax.

I am facing challenges with invoices that include VAT. Could you clarify why it is not possible to add a VAT ID in Apple account settings, as is the case with other IT service providers from other companies? Typically, when a valid VAT ID is provided, invoices are issued without tax.

My company is based in Croatia. According to EU law I should receive (and pay) Invoice without TAX and then pay TAX in my country.

Does Apple offer this option, or is there an alternative process for obtaining VAT-exempt invoices?
