Why can’t I search photos by specific date anymore?

Literally yesterday I would be able to search my photos by date and today I can’t do this. So annoying. It’s my son’s birthday and I love to look back over the years at the date to see all of his birthdays. So annoying.

That functionality seems to have been removed in iOS17 and I was wondering if it will be coming back and if there is a workaround in the meantime. Thanks

How to view pics/vids when you search by year? iOS 18.3 Is there a reason why I can’t view my items when I select years or months in my photo library? When I select either, it will show items from those years/ months but as soon as I click on a photo it brings me right back to “ALL” ? Am I missing something? It seems like ever since iOS 17 was introduced, a LOT of things have gone downhill and no longer function as well as they would prior. Please don’t reply saying to send feedback to Apple because nothing gets addressed or resolved.

IOS17 Not Letting Me Search Photos by date With the IOS17 I am unable to go to my photos on my iphone and search for a particular date. How do I fix that?

On the latest iOS I just put "1/22"in the search bar and all the images on that date showed up.
