New issue in Mail app since upgrading to IOS 18.3.2

Is anyone else seeing this?

I have two issues on my iPhone 15 since upgrading to iOS 18.3.2. The first issue is that images are now automatically loading in new emails, despite the 'Load Remote Images' toggle being turned off. Switching it back and forth and rebooting makes no difference. This is a concern because spam uses downloading images as an indicator that you "exist" when they are pulled down from a server. And will therefore send you more spam or sell your email as a "live" one.

The second issue now seen since updating to 18.3.2: custom notifications – alerts, sounds, badges that are set to specific email boxes are sporadically triggering. They always pass onto my Apple Watch, but in most cases do not pop up on the iPhone screen (locked or not) unless in the app itself. And then again, only sometimes with a custom alert banner or sound.

Neither of these were an issue until I upgraded.
