Watching Videos/Screen goes Grey

Since I updated my phone to IOS 18 I have experienced issues while watching videos. If I'm watching a Movie, TikTok or any type of video even in my Photo Album my screen turns grey. Specially if there's a scene when there's a flash of light, sun or anything "bright". My screen startes to black out then it will turn light grey then go back to normal. It has become VERY annoying. I updated my phone to IOS 18.3.2 thinking it would fix this problem but no I'm still having the same issue.

When watching videos on YouTube or Netflix my screen just randomly turns black then slowly fades back to normal when I watch YouTube, Netflix or just any video on my iPad Pro, the screen randomly turns black then fades back to the video I was watching. It also does it multiple times while watching the same video. No the creator of the video did not intentionally edit it in to turn the screen black and fade back, every time it turns black and fades to normal its in a different point in the video. I have had this issue since 2 weeks ago. Is this an issue with my device and if it is how can I fix this?
