When you delete a photo, it will go in your Recently Deleted folder and remain there for 30 days in case you change your mind. If it has been longer than 30 days or you deleted them from the Recently Deleted folder than they are no longer on your device and you would have had to save them in another location yourself. When you delete from the Recently Deleted folder, you will see a warning that if you continue with this action the photos will be deleted permanently.
If it has been less than 30 days and you did not delete them from your Recently Deleted folder, then you can recover them by following the steps here:
