How do I permanently turn off Sleep Focus on my Apple Watch?

Every Saturday for the past month or so, my watch gets out of sync staying in Sleep mode. I was able to "fix" it by turning of Focus sync and re-enabling it. Now, it happened on a Friday and the hack isn't working. So I have to keep tapping my watch just to get the time.

My watch is up-to-date, 11.3.1, so it's not that. This is so frustrating.

Try these steps:

On your iPhone, open the WatchApp, tap on Sleep and disable "Track Sleep with Apple Watch" and tap on "Don't Use This Watch for Sleep"

In the Focus Settings on your iPhone, make sure that "Share Across Devices" is disabled.

Sorry about the battery issues. I guess you have already tried the general troubleshooting steps like

Force restart Apple Watch

Set up your watch again after unparing:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

In addition to that, I disabled the Smart Stack and the Live Activities, which brought back my battery life to the level of watchOS 10.6.1
