I’m running iOS18.3.2 and find that the Apple Mail app, set to list view, is not sorting the emails by date. Fo example, the current list has an email sent on Tuesday at the top followed by one sent today at 10:35, followed by on sent on Monday.
how can I get Mail to do exactly what it used to do, sort emails by date and time not some totally random order!!!!!!!!

An update, I’ve tried rebooting my iPhone but the email order hasn’t changed. So there must be a reason for the seemingly random order of the date and time of the emails. It also shows the address of the email address I sent to as the actual address until I click on it, it then shows me as the sender. Somebody’s really screwed Mail list order up and it needs sorting ASAP!
I have just checked how iPadOS Mail displays emails and this does display them in date and time order correctly. So why doesn’t iOS Mail????
