Monitor/Display not detected over USB-C

Having the same issue as others have posted without resolve.

38" WQHD+ IPS Curved Ultrawide Monitor

MacBook Pro 16" 2023 M2 Max model.

Display is no longer recognized by System Settings/Displays after updating to Seqouia, Currently on release 15.3.2.

Tried new Thunderbolt licensed cables, no change. Updated all LG firmware and Mac software tools.

Monitor recognizes that there is a USB-C connection but there is no data being sent, only power.
