How do I restore the Photos icon on my iPhone 14?

You can't actually delete Photos from your phone-- it's part of the operating system, itself. You can remove the icon from the home screen. When you try that, you get this warning:

So, as the warning says, you can go to the App Library, find Photos, and drag it back to the Home Screen. I find the Alphabetical list of apps easiest, and I get to that by scrolling up above the category screen.
