I have been trying for two hours now to remove this bluetooth entry for Redmi watch 5 - it refuese to be deleted. Forget device does not work. Mi fitness unpair does not work. Reset Network did not work. Why is this such a pain to get rid off?

Finally figured it out. The Redmi Watch 5 Active uses two bluetooth connections and the second connection is when you add your profile. one connection per user as it were. So when added a dummy person it sent a pairing code which connected to this phantom bluetooth. So I quickly unpaired it in the Mi Fitness Additional settings and voila - Peace of mind. 🙏
