My iPod touch was stolen. What can I do?

My iPod touch was stolen today at the Apple Store. (ironic, huh?) It's a 2nd generation 8GB. I have the serial number. Is there anything that I can do to try and get it back? I told the store manager and reported it online to Stolen-Property and on Craigslist, but is there anything else? (Call Apple and have them track it if it gets plugged in?)

iPod Touch, iOS 4, 2nd generation

Nothing you can do to track it. Sorry.

If you had mobileme before it was stolen AND
You had find my ipod activated on the ipod before it was stolen AND
The ipod is connected to wi-fi
Then you could find the address to which the wi-fi router is registered.

Report it to the police and change passwords is about all you can do.
