Why can't I see iOS 17 update on my iPhone 11?

*Subject: Issue with iOS 17 Update Availability on My iPhone*

Dear Apple Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a student and I own an *iPhone 11*. I am writing to inform you that I am unable to see the iOS 17 update on my device. Despite checking multiple times for updates, my iPhone is not showing the option for the iOS 17 update.

Could you please assist me in understanding why this update is not appearing on my phone? Also, if there is any way to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you for your support and assistance.

Best regards,

You won't find iOS 17 as Apple hasn't signed it in some time. If you want to update your iPhone 11, you can update it to the current public release, which is iOS 18.3.2.

If it's been some since you last updated your iPhone, you may find you need to use your computer to update to iOS 18.3.2. See how you can do that in either of the following links (one for Finder on a Mac and one for iTunes on Windows):
