How do I stop recurring payment requests for a cancelled subscription on Apple Account?

Hello, a payment is requested from my personal card account. But I am not making the payment. Because there is no money in my card account, Apple cannot withdraw money from me. The problem is that I want to cancel the program I subscribe to so that I do not have to pay. It says "Cancelled". But almost every day it says in the account that it wants to withdraw money from my card. How can I stop this?
