I have an iPhone 15 that does not have Apple Intelligence. I’ve been told that I need to download a security app from the App Store if this is true try to find out which one is best.

Who told you to download a security app from AppSore?
Perhaps they wanted to invite you to update your iPhone 15 to the latest iOS version (now 18.3.2). Security patches are included in almost iOS updates.+
