Setup hearing aid profile for second user

I'm considering a second pair of AirPods Pro2 for my wife. I know it's possible for her to take a hearing test with my airpods but is it possible to apply that profile to the Hearing Assistance feature then return it back to mine?

I understand that the hearing check and aid feature requires an iPhone or similar device to configure and generate a small piece of data. This data is then sent to the Airpods Pro 2 via Bluetooth connection. After sending it successfully, does the feature work without an iPhone or another configuration device? I want to use the features as a stand-alone device. Officially, is this possible? Or do I need an iPhone or another configuration device during the feature works? Thanks!!

Can I temporarily share these I'm new to the Apple brand (iphone 14 Pro and now Airpod Pro 2). My wife is hard of hearing, she sometimes wears a hearing aid, oftentimes not. I'd like her to wear my Airpods for a few days to see if they work for her (she has an iphone 13 Pro). The Sony 1000? didn't suit her (so I now use them for listening when on my computer).

Changing mode of operation of the AirPods to hearing aid Hi, After speaking to my local Apple Store I bought a set of Air Pod Pro Gen 2 to use as a hearing aid. I've updated my iPhone to 18.2 and Airpods to 7B21. I've uploaded a recent hearing test which shows mild hearing loss. No that is not possible as this features are personal, Your wife needs to use her own AirPods, with her own apple account
