How can I find the owner of a locked iPhone 14 not sold by an iStore?

I found an iPhone 14, it is locked to owner. I went to an iStore but they refused to help me with the information of the owner, they said it was not sold by an iStore. Hown can I find the information of the owner, or how can I unlock it?

You won't be able to learn anything about the phone, and you won't be able to unlock it.

Please drop it off at the recycle center.
