Two Apple Watches - one Apple ID

My husband and I have one Apple ID, but two I-Phone 15's and two Apple Watches. We paired the Apple Watches to the specific wearer's I-Phone, but the same data seems to appear on both watches.......Apparently, we read that we need to have a separate Apple ID for each set (I-Phone and Apple Watch) so that the data will be correct for each apple watch.

How do we obtain an additional Apple ID so that we can separate our Apple Watches to work on our specific I-Phones. (When we originally purchased our first I-Phones, we had only one Apple ID, and since then have upgraded and also have two Apple Watches and two I-Pads --- all on the one Apple ID.
