Thanks for your time and effort. Am optimistic this might likely be the solution to the challenge. But my concern now is how to get the link to my Mac Book since I cant access my gmail on the Macbook. Are there other methods that I can use ?
Kind regards
What makes no sense to me upon further reflection—
the 2015 MBP shipped originally with OS X 10.10.3 (14D2134)
At this point I am hard pressed to understand how that is possible that Mac running Version 10.7.5 as presented?

How Can i go about this please ? Thanks for your time
ok thanks for the clarification, information I was seeking.
yes I see the situation clearly, the issue is your operating system is too old & outdated to access the current
Icloud, Safari and App Store.
From the Terminal.app you can download a more current "OS X El Capitan.dmg" to your Desktop; when complete .dmg is on the desktop launch it from there by clicking it open/install; The upgraded machine should regain access to App Store, Safari, iCloud.
Your 2015—capable of running latest release of macOS Monterey (latest / last security update was2024)
See if that is what the app store presents you with next software upgrade request, (or stair step your way up if necessary....) via App Store or through the >About this Mac>Software Update
macOS 12.7.6 Montery is the end of the line for MBP 2015
/Applications/Utilities/ launch the Terminal.app copy and paste:
curl -o Desktop/El\ Capitan.dmg -R http://updates-http.cdn-apple.com/2019/cert/061-41424-20191024-218af9ec-cf50-4516-9011-228c78eda3d2/InstallMacOSX.dmg
use the enter\return key to proceed, let it run until complete.

What macOS or you currently running?
>About this Mac
for 2015 most current release you can run of macOS 12 Monterey 12.7.6 — this should not be an issue
the original OS X when new was (early) 10.10 Yosemite(?) or (late) 10.11 El Capitan(?)
