Adding Bigpond email to the IPhone

After many hours trying unsuccessfully to troubleshoot with Telstra phone carrier and Apple support, adding Bigpond email to my iPhone.

I was nearly at the stage of doing a ‘factory reset’ on my new 16e phone and I stumbled across this article …..

Highly recommend to anyone in Australia having a similar problem. I have made a complaint to Telstra phone carrier and suggested they upload the correct guidelines to help others in same situation.

I will also send to Apple support so they have correct guidelines
