Vidéos deleted in my album

Normally in Google photos that I pay every month. When I deleted Photosand videos on my Samsung, Google still keep my photos and videos. So they are not connected between my Samsung phone’s album and Google photos. BUT IN IPHONE. I deleted my videos yesterday night because I didnt wear my glasses there are some videos accidentally deleted in the bin permanently so I can have more storages in my iPhone. I though the system iCloud’s like Google. When i realized that I did deleted my videos yesterday night i checked it in iCloud it gone !!! I pay every month 9€ and Google is 9€ but different strength different benefits. Why teamwork of iCloud iPhone don’t think there is problem like mine and think the solution. Why I deleted videos in my iPhone’s album and it’s automatically deleted as well in iCloud ! I want my videos back in my iCloud! I pay for it !!!!
