How do I unlock an iPhone locked to owner

Dear iPhone support,

my iphone is unlocked because my iCloud account is mmu***il@icloud.com when I try to login Cannot be used to unlock this iPhone. Pls and pls check it this my real account

You must supply the credentials the phone is asking for.


If you are the original purchaser of the phone, and have a receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller clearly showing both your name and the phone’s serial number, you could submit an Activation Lock support request. Absent proof of original purchase that is satisfactory to Apple, they will not help you to unlock the phone.
