It sounds like you have a second-hand iPhone and have discovered that it is Activation Locked. If so, you might want to read The All Too Common SAD Reality of Buying a Used iPad/iPhone – Apple Community .
So please I want you to help me out of this issue and solve the problem for me.
Activation Lock is an anti-theft measure that you cannot bypass.
If you. have a second-hand phone that is Activation Locked to someone else, there is an excellent chance that the real owner did not part with it willingly – that it is lost, or even stolen, property. If so, the Activation Lock would be doing exactly what Apple designed it to do, and what the real owner wants it to do. There is no problem, as far as either is concerned, and there is nothing that we, your fellow users on this forum, could do to clear the Activation Lock – even if we were inclined to do so.
Only if you have the credentials that the phone is asking for, or if you have proof of original purchase that satisfies Apple's standards (not yours), can you remove (or get Apple to remove) the Activation Lock.
