iPad 8th gen Display Problem

Ok, So I raged in a game the bottom of the lcd was broken So I replaced it but it's still showing the same thing, I have not been able to update this iPad because I don't have a screen yet. Is it an bug that needs update or something more serious the grey thing at the bottom is what I have a problem with.

White line in iPad screen corner on lighter colors There is a white line only in the corner of my ipad screen . the end of it is more white in real life and doesn’t wipe off and doesn’t show up when the screen is off, and is less visible on certain colors. I’m assuming this is display damage? how would one fix this? It also only shows up on lighter colors. It doesnt show up on black.
