Apple TV Airplay "unable to connect to 'speaker'" icon I can't delete!!

I have a speaker "Panda Bear Duo" that does not show up on my home app on my phone or my apple music app. BUT is on my Apple TV!! While I have been able to connect to it on both apple TV & my phone today I got the Airplay notification 'Airplay Unable to connect to "Panda Bear Duo". Normally I click for the 'OK' & it disappears!!! BUT now I am NOT able to access it at all & it is in the middle of my TV screen!! I can't get rid of it. I have tried turning of airplay in settings but to no avail!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks! I have fixed this issue with assistance from Apple support. It was definitely an Apple TV notification. I’ve seen when my Apple Tv is unable to connect with a speaker. The fix required reset to factory settings.

Devices that may try to be connectable to the TV (instead of the Apple TV box) may require the TV remote to dismiss the notification.

Does the dialog box look like an Apple TV notification with rounded corners and Apple’s font?

Try including a photo if you can, so that we may verify if it is indeed from Apple TV or not.
