Do you have True Tone enabled? If yes, turn it off and see if you like the tones better.
Settings > Display & Brightness > True Tone
We can't see what you see, so to ask us users on this user to user only forum if an iOS update will fix what you see won't yield much for you. We aren't Apple here. I haven't noticed what you've described on my iPhone 16 Pro Max personally. If you think your phone has an issue, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple.
