My iPhone 15 Pro won't ring or show that someone has tried to call me

Well I have a unique issue. My iPhone 15 pro won't ring or show that Firestone has tried to call me. I don't seem to have any other problems with incoming calls. On Firestones side it just rings and rings and doesn't even take it my voicemail.
