How can I perform a memory analysis on my MacBook Air?

Presumably a hardware memory test, and not a software memory analysis.

If this is Mac Intel, there’s a memtest64 app around, as well.

If you mean you want to analyze the system's memory usage, then you can use the Memory tab in Activity Monitor.

Actually it is MemTest86. If it is a T2 Intel Mac, then it is important to only use the default MemTest86 configuration settings.
