SInce moving to Sequoia i have been experiencing difficulty ejecting temporarily mounted drives..
I get a message telling me the drive cannot be ejected because it is in use...when it is not.
Along that line when i restart on occasion i get error messages telling me my Drives were not ejected correctly..
Anyone else?
Any solutions?

Spotlight Indexing is the most common culprit as it doesn't like to let go. If after trying to eject the drive several times fails, then try my instructions posted in this other thread:

Just to add and yes there is a Spotlight issue involved as there are Other Third Party Softwares ( AV Software ) involved ( only if this applies to your Setup ) If not, please disregard
