Blocking: mirror, screen share or ?

How do I completely and permanently sever and block all forms of screen sharing, mirroring and ALL ways that allow someone to access my iPhone, what’s on it and what’s being turned on/off? Including apps, control of camera, microphone or anything to hide or change a single thing? My iPhone apps and settings keep changing. I seem to be losing some paperwork and photos too. Someone said this was likely done through screen sharing or mirroring, but I don’t use either, ever and keep my Bluetooth off 24/7.

I’m hyper vigilant about protecting my password and passcode. No one shares my iPhone or iCloud but I had 1 other iPhone with my same cell #. Different Apple ID/emails though. Would this cause a problem?

Many thanks~

Is your iPhone under enterprise management? Or, have you set up Microsoft Exchange as an email account? If your iPhone is managed, it may be that the organization is implementing some changes.

The only way that I'm aware of to control someone elses device, besides malware, is using remote control when using Facetime, which you can learn about here: Request or give remote control in a FaceTime call on iPhone - Apple Support.

It is a good security practice to remove devices you no longer have or use from your Apple Account. You can manage your devices by going to Settings > your card, then modifying devices from there.
