Fitness App not recieve step count data on my iPhone 16

Hello. I have an iPhone 16, and the Fitness app is not receiving step data from the Health app. Steps are counted correctly in Health, but they do not appear in Fitness.

I have already tried:

1. Restarting my iPhone.

2. Disabling and re-enabling Fitness access to Health data.

3. Reinstalling the Fitness app.

The issue persists. How can I fix this?
