What device will allow me to be on a wired ethernet connection AND charge my 10th gen iPad?

There are many Ethernet + Charge adapters available for USB-C devices such as iPad (10th generation). I can't see any on the Apple Online Store at the moment, but they are readily available through retailers online and in-store.
