My iMessage and FaceTime is not opening with my phone number

I have been trying to activate my iMessage and FaceTime with my phone number and it keep saying error in activating iMessage and FaceTime

iPhone X, iOS 16

Troubleshoot here If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support
