skype subscrption does not work

I renewed my skype number subscription a UK and a US number few days ago. I went on my skype and there is no number there. I reached out to skype and they said that apple is the once that verify all purchases. It's been a few days apple and these numbers are connected to my social media business pages. In my subscription of my apple ID both numbers are showing ACTIVE. Yet they arnt active in my skype account. I need this resolved asap. I try to find a way to do LIVE CHAT with an agent and there isnt an option for it. At this point i dont know what else to do.

Please send over my credentials to skype so i can move forward and be at peace or refund me back my money!
