Unable to add a Debit Card to Apple Pay

Hello there,

I am an Irish 15 year old. I’m currently trying to add my debit card to my apple pay wallet, but when I go to add the card, it doesn’t let me add the card. I’m not sure if it’s an issue eith my bank, apple or EU/Irish regulations. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

(attached screen comes up when trying to add the card.)

It looks like an Irish banking regulation. The use of electronic wallets is regulated by your country’s banking laws. Apple’s minimum is 13, but many European countries have higher minimum requirements. Please contact Apple Support in your country.
