No IMEI number is going to help you. There are 2 options:

• Gain access to the account it is locked to. You should know the complete Apple Account email address.
• Submit the original purchase receipt to remove the Activation Lock. This will most likely be the receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller because Apple does not get involved in any third party sales, and even I could create a receipt that would not prove anything.

No one here will be able to remove Activation Lock on your iPhone, we are a user-to-user forum and are not Apple.

If you purchased this iPhone new, you can either enter the email associated with it or providing Apple with the original proof of purchased receipt, assuming you have those which you should.

If you purchased this iPhone used, you were scammed and sold an unusable iPhone. Try asking whoever you purchased it for a refund. Apart from that it will stay locked. Next time purchase from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, and not unknown sellers.
