How do I resolve incorrect passcode issue for Apple Wallet on iPhone?

So my mom added her card to her apple wallet and she wanted to test it out by sending me a dollar. So she went to send it and it needed her to enter her passcode, but when she did it said it was incorrect. It said to enter the passcode she currently has and then when it said incorrect it said enter passcode from other iphone but she’s never had another iphone? It just keeps saying this every attempt i don’t know what else to try
