Do you have any specific reason to delete cached website data from your iPad?

Cached data generally improves performance - and saves session data that may be needed for a website to work properly.

Should you choose to do so, for Safari, you can delete all cached website data - or selectively by time period - from iPad settings:

Settings > Apps > Safari > [History & Website Data] Clear History & Website Data >

If you wish to selectively delete cached-data, limiting deletion to specific websites, this can be achieved from Safari Advanced settings:

Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Show All Sites

You can search for specific websites using the Search dialogue, or can simply scroll thought the list to find the item(s) of interest. Deletion requires a left-swipe of the associated website entry to reveal the Delete button.

If you are using a different browser App, management of cached website data will differ.
