The data for your Respiratory Rate is collected during your sleep.

So, if you tap on the daily graph, the latest results should be the ones from the last hour of your sleep in the morning. My Sleep Focus is set from 22h-06:30h and the daily measurements for today start at midnight and end when I get up.

If you scroll down that screen to "Show All Data", can you see your watch in the list for todays measurements?

Thanks. Your experience is what I expect. However, the nights data is not displayed as yours. It may show later in the day or in the evening. I also use the Autosleep app. According to their tech support there is an error in the Health app that appeared since iOS 18 was released. Supposedly, according to them the cache is not properly reset. Today it displayed at 10 AM, yesterday it was not until 5 PM. It should have been within the hour after awakening.
