Iphone 16 pro update 18.3.2

I updated my Iphone 16 pro on Sunday 3/16/25 Now I am having problems with the SOS feature constantly coming on and I can not text or anything. This is a big problem with this update. How can this be fixed? I need this phone to work properly.

iPhone 14 stuck in SOS mode only at home I have a IPhone 14 and is stuck on SOS in my home. Never had this problem before. I can go outside my home and the SOS DISSAPEARS and can text no problem. You need to contact your carrier for help. Something isn't provisioned correctly for your account with them.
