Text Group Chat Issue with Text Box Not Showing up Troubleshooting

Hello here is a work around. I got a new IPhone 14 Pro Max replacement and was having issues with some specific group chats.

This issue was happening all across devices

To troubleshoot this issue

I turned off iMessage waited a few minutes turned it back on.

To fix this issue I created a new thread with the same group chat name as previous chat.

Texted in the new thread and then the text box came back. I saw a thread and I was going to respond but then it was locked.
