How do I fix my iPhone 13 blurry photos and data connection issue?

My WiFi works fine.

My data completely fails, when WiFi is on.

If I reset/reboot my phone then the data comes back on but then WiFi turns itself off.

Next I’ll enter my WiFi password then it’ll start working but data again stops.

I’ve talk to T-mobile, my provider and reset data network but it didn’t stay fixed.

I’ve never had iPhone issues like this before starting from iPhone 5s

can you help, now I’m thinking my phone is the issue. My camera also takes blurry photos all the time. I do have apple care. Can I get my device replaced?
