The lock screen and all other screens that pop up seemingly at random are magnified so large that I can see only a small corner. Absolutely no input from me

Double-tap with 3 fingers to turn off zoom. Then go to Settings/Accessibility and turn off Zoom completely.

When I go into Accessibility / Zoom, there doesn't seem to be an option to turn it off
