What is the USB security key you are using? Try using a plain USB/A to USB/C plug adapter like this one, not a USB hub. USB hubs can often be the source of problems.

From your description of how you set up your Mac it sounds like the Tajima program is designed to work with Windows. Is this Tajima DG?

You installed Parallels & Windows 11 and Tajima DG and I assume they are running fine. There is apparently a driver for the DG security key (Sentinel Security Driver??) ... check to make sure you have the correct driver for Windows 11.

The security key you are using is not an Apple product, you need to be in touch with the Tajimo 14 support folks.

Then that means they don't support Mac OS most likely, so you will need to look for an alternative product on the Mac App Store or use Google. It's really that simple, MS Windows apps do not run on Mac OS and vice versa.
