Contact the Pasco Schools for help. If your Mac is enrolled is some sort of managed device program run by the school, only they can release it. Even if this is “just” about accessing their Internet service when on their campus, you would want to contact their IT department for help.

How would I know how to contact them? You’re a student or teacher there, right? You’d know better than me.

If this is a second-hand Mac and it is still enrolled in a school’s device management program, then it was not prepared properly for resale - and may even have been stolen from that school district. Take it back to the seller - if you can do so safely - and ask them to prepare it properly or to give your money back.

Do not be too surprised if the seller refuses to do either or if they have conveniently “disappeared” - leaving you holding the bag.
