Hello Apple Support,

My name is Abderrahmen B********a, and I previously used an iPhone 15 Pro Max with my Apple ID (a*********x@gmail.com). I recently lost access to the device and need its IMEI number for a police report.

I received an email from Apple on October 12, 2024, confirming that my Apple ID was used to sign in to iCloud on that iPhone. However, I no longer have the device, and it does not appear in my Apple ID devices list.

I would like to know if Apple can provide me with the IMEI number of my iPhone based on the records linked to my Apple ID. This information is crucial for my case.

Your carrier can provide the IMEI. Apple does not maintain a user accessible data base IMEI numbers. If the device is no longer associated with your Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID) you cannot access the information. The only other source would be the original purchase receipt and the box Apple shipped the iPhone in>
