Bluetooth on IPhone 16 not working

I can’t connect to any of my headphones. I have a Bowie H1 and a Sony connect and none of them are working. I’ve deleted and reinstalled my headphones but no sound is coming out. There’s no information icon in my Bluetooth settings either so I can’t unbind them.
