Iphone 13 pro max camera lagging after updating to ios 18

My iphone 13 pro max camera keep lagging after updating to ios 18. The camera is works fine doing video call from different calling video apps. The problem is when i use the camera for photos and videos it takes time to open, especially switching from back to front camera. Then i notice that even it takes a photo it doesnt save on the device sometimes. I try to reset the settings and try the recovery mode still the same thing happened. Hope with the coming update it will solve my problem or either to re program it to earlier version of ios. Please help me!
